Machine Features
- Suitable for CNC drilling and milling of various parts such as aluminum alloy, copper, PVC profiles, and plates.
- High-precision linear guide pairs, ball screws, racks and pinions, and imported servo systems are adopted to ensure stable movement and high positioning and processing accuracy.
- The rotatable table is driven by a servo motor, allowing rotation at any angle between -90°, 0°, and +90°.
- Adopting a double spindle configuration: No. 1 spindle is an 8.0kW high-speed automatic tool-changing electric spindle imported from Italy, offering stable and reliable performance. No. 2 spindle is a drilling electric spindle, which can be equipped with a step drill bit to achieve rapid drilling, saving tool change time and increasing efficiency.
- Each set of fixtures is directly driven by a servo motor, providing fast automatic displacement and quick position avoidance.
- A four-tool in-line tool magazine enables automatic tool changes for the electric spindle.
- The numerical control system can support online communication with MES to enable automatic loading and unloading by robots.
- Special auxiliary programming software is installed, offering three-dimensional graphical programming and prefabricated multiple element tiles for simple and intuitive programming.
- The semi-closed shield and bottom feeding tray enhance safety and effectively prevent aluminum chip pollution in the working environment, creating a better working space.
- The intelligent numerical control system and the simple, intuitive man-machine interface make operation more convenient and faster.
